3 Months

Confident you’ll need us for the next few months?  Best suited to one or two vacancies, or businesses looking to review their commitments quarterly.

Project a period of growth?  This is perfect for you.  Enjoy the savings the commitment brings, knowing we’ve got your hiring under control. 

12 Months

You’re confident on your hiring plans for the next 12 months and know you want us beside you for the duration.  Perfect for growing businesses who are ready to take advantage of the savings.

What's Included?

Up to five vacancies managed at any one time
The highest annual salary we manage as part of our standard subscription for a single vacancy is £65,000 per annum.  For positions with salaries above this level, or if you think you’ll need more than five hires at any one time, please give us a call to chat about your options.
Full recruitment process and candidate management.

We take care of everything – simply leaving you as the decision-maker in the process.  For each piece of recruitment, we will create and/or manage:

  • Job Description
  • Job Advert
  • Advertising, marketing and search campaign
  • Candidate management
  • Candidate screening and selection
  • Telephone interviews
  • Interview set-up
  • Interview Debrief, offer and negotiation process
  • Support and correspondence to help ensure the candidate turns up on day one
A quarterly talent strategy meeting to align your recruitment and talent plans with your wider business plans for success

Without alignment between your recruitment plans, organisational structure, and wider business strategy the margins for error are colossal.  Our quarterly virtual strategy meeting will ensure everything stays on track to help you grow successfully.  Your first meeting will be within the first month of your subscription, via Zoom, and once a quarter following that.  During our meetings we’ll cover:

  • Wider business plans, growth and how talent fits into your plans.
  • Your Employer Brand strategy to not just attract any candidates – but the right candidates into your business.
  • Recruitment forecasting.  Looking over the hill.  Who do we need (in line with business growth and changes) and when do we need them?
  • Organisational structure, workforce planning and internal people plans.  Do you still have the right people in the right seats on your bus to take your business to the next stage?
  • Reflection, feedback and commentary on the recruitment market in your industry and more generally – including feedback we get from your candidates.
  • How are we doing?  Your perfect opportunity to feedback on our services and make sure we are consistently delivering value and exceeding your expectations.

For end-to-end candidate management, GDPR compliance and a seamless candidate experience.
Our service, with your branding
We act as an extension of your business, using your branding, a ‘careers@yourbusiness’ email address and any other guidelines or documentation you can provide us with, to blend seamlessly into your team and create a joined-up candidate experience. It’s like you hired an in-house recruitment team without the commitment.
Search and contact campaigns within all the candidate search and advertising avenues we invest in.
We utilise a variety of different platforms to support with our searching and advertising efforts, including LinkedIn premium, traditional job boards – such as CV Library, and our own networks and talent pools. All search and contact campaigns are undertaken by Mployable, and the client won’t have (or need) direct access to the platforms.
Unlimited email and telephone support from Mployable during office hours.
We are on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have throughout your whole time with us.
A welcome pack with a handy handbook

You will receive a welcome pack with a handy handbook and templates to support you for the duration of our engagement and beyond. Whilst we are hands-on throughout the process, there are a few elements that are beyond our scope to take on for you directly (such as face-to-face interviews) – so we’ve set you up for success with our suite of templates, scripts and guidance – and of course we’re on hand for any advice or support.  The welcome pack includes:

  • Client handbook – to guide you through how we work, how to use the templates and some extra hints and tips to improve your recruitment long-term.
  • Employer branding guidance -  We’ll work with you on this in our strategy sessions – but the guide will support you in implementing this work and continuing to improve after our engagement with you.
  • Recruitment marketing strategy template - To help you build your Employer Brand, implementing the work we do in our strategy sessions, and get your business in front of the right candidates to move your business forward.
  • Interview pack – to guide you through the face-to-face interview, make the right decisions and unearth top talent.
  • Post-offer pack – how to get references, formally offer the position in writing and make sure your new employee turns up on day one.
A designated Client Service Coordinator
You will be assigned a designated Client Service Coordinator who will understand your business, build a working relationship with you and your team, and consistently find you the best people, improving your hiring for the long term.
